Some info about me: 

This website came about from an idea conceived around 2001/02 when I was working at the Adelaide Advertiser in South Australia. During weekly cadet training with my fellow developing journalists, or maybe during one of our regular drinking sessions at the paper's local, The Criterion - either way, it was discussed at both - I first announced I was going to one day start my own 'paper', The Freeborn Times.

My good friend and fellow journo, Daniel Clarke, was immediately on board (as were a few others, who I will tell you about later once I get them involved) and we'd regularly talk about our plans for TFT Revolution!

Since TFT was first conceived, I've completed my cadetship at The Advertiser, working in all departments, including writing my own daily column. Music was my prefered area of reportage. I resigned in 2003, travelled the world for three months, and settled in London. Soon after I got a job at a creative music marketing company and am senior project manager and website editor of www.xtaster.co.uk, and I do some freelance writing on the side.

I am The Freeborn Times.
